Michael's entire career has been in residential real estate in Snohomish & King Counties. The technical & practical experience he has gained over the past 37 years has proven to be not only valuable, but profitable to his clients in real estate transactions. His extensive background in real estate sales, marketing, finance, construction & land use, have proven to be the crucial links in the chain of successful negotiating for his clients. Michael's wife, Shirley, joined him as a full time realtor & accredited staging professional in 1995. Shirley excels at working with buyers and as a complimentry service, assists sellers in preparing their homes for the market.

As a lifelong resident of Snohomish County, Michael spent twenty years in real estate banking involved in development, land use, home construction and managing mortgage & escrow operations. He has been a full time real estate broker with Windermere Real Estate since 1993. His extensive technical background only compliments his and Shirley's knowledge of each of the individual markets, or neighborhoods within Snohomish County.
